Dana Laursen is the Principal Owner
and Broker of Banrock Investments, LLC, a real estate company located in Boise,
Idaho. Banrock Investments, LLC offers real estate services to Investors,
Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants.
Prior to opening Banrock Investments,
LLC in 2008, she was an Associate Broker with Michener Investments, a
commercial real estate company, specializing in office leasing and sales from
2002 to 2008.Previous professional experience includes Associate Agent with
Commercial Northwest (2001-2002), Associate Agent with John L. Scott Real
Estate fka Park Pointe Realty (1995-2001).
In 1980 Dana began her career in the
title insurance business. She was a title officer and plant manager until 1991
with Stewart Title Guarantee.1992 brought the opportunity for Dana to join
Security Title in Boise where she held the position of Ada County Title Manager
and Vice President until 1994.
Dana is a member of the National
Association of Realtors (NAR), the Idaho Association of Realtors (IAR), the Ada
County Association of Realtors (ACAR) and Intermountain Multiple Listing
Service (IMLS).
Ms. Laursen is a Capital High School
Graduate and attended Boise State University. Other real estate specific course
